Still?!?! Really!?!

So right before my girls got the bad flu bug before Thanksgiving, Colista had an ear infection and was finishing up her antibiotic. Well she went in for her follow up and low and behold, still has an ear infection. I thought maybe since she got sick in the middle of the treatment, maybe that was the problem. Well I took her in for a follow up last night and after a second round of stronger antibiotics, guess what, we STILL have an ear infection. So we're on one more antibiotic that if this doesn't work, we'll have to go see an ear/nose/throat specialist. So hopefully this one will do it. Funny story with this though, is apparently this medicine does not taste good. Both the doctor and the pharmacist warned me of that. Well, I gave it to her for the first time last night and she swallows it and then says Gross!! and tries to wipe the taste off her tongue. I had to stop laughing and then get her to eat and drink something else to get the taste out of her mouth. Then this morning, my dad picked us up (no car right now, good thing my parents are so great at helping me out, Thanks mom and dad!) and was talking to her about her medicine and she made a face like something was really gross. She's too cute. At least she still takes it. So hopefully this one will take care of this stubborn infection.
